Feet Down Below
Feet Down Below were born in 2008 in Piacenza from the meeting between the former Perla Madre (Gianmaria Sesenna and Paolo Stabellini) and the Blue Juice band composed of Andrea Canepari, Maurizio Caldini and Matteo Ziliani.
The new formation finds common ground in the love for rock, blues and American and English folk and has as a reference both classics of the sixties and seventies such as the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, CSN&Y and exponents of the genre of more recent years such as the Black Crowes and Wilco.
After the first years in which the group dedicated itself to the elaboration of original material, in 2011 the recording sessions for the debut album Feet Down Below began. The recordings were carried out by Alberto Callegari and Daniele Mandelli at the Elfostudio in Tavernago (Piacenza) while for the mixing they relied on Andrea Cajelli in his studio La Sauna in Varano Borghi in the province of Varese. Finally, the mastering was done by Giovanni Versari at La Maestà Mastering.
After the release of the first album, Giacomo Pezzoni joined the group on keyboards and in July 2019 they began recording the new LP “Music From The Stratosphere” between Elfostudio in Piacenza, Sotto il mare recording studio in Verona and Teo Recording studio in Muradolo.
Music From The Stratosphere is now available both in physical format (vinyl, CD) and on the main digital platforms.

I Feet Down Below nascono nel 2008 a Piacenza dall'incontro tra gli ex Perla Madre (Gianmaria Sesenna e Paolo Stabellini) e la band Blue Juice composta da Andrea Canepari, Maurizio Caldini e Matteo Ziliani.
La nuova formazione trova terreno comune nell'amore per il rock, il blues e il folk americano e inglese e ha come riferimento sia classici degli anni sessanta settanta come Beatles, Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, CSN&Y sia esponenti del genere di anni più recenti quali Black Crowes e Wilco.
Passati i primi anni in cui il gruppo si dedica alla elaborazione di materiale originale nel 2011 cominciano le sessioni registrazione dell'album d'esordio Feet Down Below. Le registrazioni vengono effettuate da Alberto Callegari e Daniele Mandelli presso
l'Elfostudio di Tavernago ( Piacenza) mentre per il missaggio si affidano ad Andrea Cajelli nel suo studio La Sauna di Varano Borghi in provincia di Varese. Infine il mastering è stato eseguito da Giovanni Versari a La Maestà Mastering.
Dopo l'uscita del primo album si unisce al gruppo Giacomo Pezzoni alle tastiere e nel luglio 2019 cominciano le registrazioni del nuovo LP “Music From The Stratosphere” tra l'Elfostudio di Piacenza, il Sotto il mare recording studio di Verona e il Teo Recording studio di Muradolo.
